This statement seems like a paradox since science has nothing to do with belief, right? Well, actually science IS believing. You can’t prove anything in science. All you can is to come up with models that describe the world and then pile op evidence to support your claims. But it is not proof. It is still only descriptions that have more or less backup from evidence.
You can’t prove that gravity is the result of masses attracting each other. You cant prove the Big Bang theory. You cant prove anything about the age of the universe.
